Shipping Policy

All orders ship via fully insured UPS 2–3 Day Express and require an adult signature upon delivery.

Pieces that are made to order require production time prior to shipment. Estimated production timelines are noted within each product description. Once complete, orders ship via UPS 2–3 Day Express.

Ready-to-ship orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, and ship via UPS 2–3 Day Express.

Orders are processed subject to item availability and payment verification. You will be contacted if any issues arise.

Processing Schedule

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or the following holidays:
New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Additional Information

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
