Cancellation policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

Many pieces are produced to order and begin production shortly after purchase. For this reason, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered production.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact courtney@courtneyleidy.com as soon as possible. Requests will be accommodated where feasible, prior to production.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Orders

Made-to-order and pre-order pieces are reserved specifically for each client. Once confirmed, these orders are considered final and cannot be canceled or returned.

Production will not begin until full payment has been received.

Production timelines are noted within each product description.

Payment

Orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. In select cases where a deposit is accepted, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the piece enters production or is released for shipment.
